The ODS ACCIÓ Foundation has participated as a partner in the presentation of a European project proposal on renewable energy systems

The Foundation’s role will be to promote and communicate the research and development of the project and its technological applications, focusing on the full integration of various energy sources, such as thermal and electrical energy in smart buildings and grids, with the aim of making cost-effective and optimizing digital tools, component size and operability, in large-scale environments in European contexts.

The advantages and benefits that these net renewable energy systems will bring are multiple: improving the environment by reducing greenhouse gas emissions, generating significant economic savings by requiring less maintenance and allowing a longer service life and less dependence on polluting energy systems based on fossil fuels.

The main challenge of this ambitious European-wide project is to offer energy solutions that will make it possible to meet decarbonization objectives, goals that the Foundation promotes and encourages through these initiatives in which it actively participates, on this occasion, in the search for new innovative, renewable and efficient technologies for the scientific community and industry, which will enable progress to be made towards a more sustainable planet.
